Cancellation Policy – 72 Hours Prior to Arrival
We understand that travel plans can change. To accommodate your needs while ensuring fair and consistent policies, please review our cancellation policy below:
Standard Cancellation Policy:

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled check-in date and time (typically 4:00 PM local time).

If a reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay (including fees) will be charged to the credit card on file.

In case of a no-show, the full amount of the first night’s stay will be charged, and the remainder of the reservation may be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion.

Modifications to a reservation (such as shortening the stay or changing the arrival date) must also be made at least 72 hours prior to the original check-in date to avoid penalties.
Non-Refundable & Promotional Rates:

Reservations booked under non-refundable or promotional rates are not eligible for cancellation or modification. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Group Reservations and Special Events:

For group bookings or during special events/peak periods, a different cancellation policy may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact the hotel directly for specific terms.
Cancellation Process:

Cancellations must be made via the same channel through which the reservation was booked (e.g., hotel website, third-party platform, phone).
